How do I sign up?

Click the "Find out More" to the package you wish to sign up to, then click "GO AND SUBSCRIBE."  Then choose the "Subscribe" button that apply to you.  

 

When is the lastest I can sign up for the following month's box?

You have until 11:59 p.m. on the first day of that month's box to sign up.

When will I get charged for my box?

Payment for your box will be charged as soon as you sign up, then the same date you signed up on every month.  This gives you the opportunity to choose which date of the month you wish to make your payment by signing up on that date.  If you have signed up on the last day of the month, and the following month consist of less than 31 days, then you will be charged on the 1st.  After which, your payment date will return to normal the following month.

Do I need an account? How do I open an account?

We do not require you to create an account, nor do we offer accounts.  Green Relief UK gains your mailing information from PayPal.  As well as email for delivery details to be sent.   Payment for subscriptions are made through PayPal, and not directly with us. This includes credit/debt card payments for those who don't have a PayPal account.  This keeps your information safe and secure.  Your mailing information and email is never stored with Green Relief UK.  Click here to see how to sign up and cancel your subscriptions.

Can I change my payment date?

Yes, you can. First, you must cancel your current subscription before your next payment is due. Then re-sign on the day you wish to change your payment date.

Can I change my subscription box?

Yes, you can.  In order to do this, you must cancel your current subscription box before changing to the new box. Otherwise, you may be charged for your previous box and your new box, as well as having both boxes sent out for delivery. The date you sign up for your new box will be your payment date every month.  You can sign up for your new box in the same way you signed up to your previous box.

When will I get my subscription box?

Packing and processing (P&P) for all subscription boxes begin the 2nd or 3rd working day of the beginning of each month.  It takes 2 working days to complete P&P and may take up to 4 working days depending on volume.  After which, all subscription boxes will be sent out for delivery and take 1-3 working days.

Can I just get a box instead of a monthly subscription?

Yes, if a package deal comes with an option to buy one box, then you can buy that box using our "Buy Now" button to gain that package 2-3 days from the date of purchase.  It will be a one time charge for one box and no reoccurring payments.   You will be charged from the date of purchase.  Simply click "GO AND BUY A BOX" after clicking the "Find Out More" on your chosen package.   Then click the payment button that applies to you.  If you don't have a PayPal account, nor want to use PayPal, then continue as a guest to complete payment.

How do I change my address?

If you have used PayPal, then you can change your address with PayPal and your address will automatically be changed at Green Relief.  You can also contact Green Relief at info@greenrelief.co.uk to change any mailing address.

Will my shipment come with tracking?

Yes.  All our subscribers will receive an e-mail from My Hermes Shipping Carrier containing your tracking information.

Why does each package's shipping price vary?

One factor of shipping price is weight.  Each package has a different weight and the carrier chosen to ship your box charges by weight.  Another factor is size.  Since our Mega Package holds a lot more, in a bigger box, and is heavier than the other 2, then it costs more to ship through the chosen carrier.

My payment was not accepted, why?

If you are under the age of 18, your payment will be declined.  We do not provide any of Green Relief UK's product and service to those under the age of 18. If you have entered you payment information in an unsecured internet connection, then your payment will be declined for your own safety.  Best to use a secured wifi/internet connection when entering your payment information. Lastly, it could be a misplaced digit.

What is Green Relief's refund policy?

Green Relief's refund policy is simple.  If you have received a damaged or broken item, then you can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving your box.  Your replacement will be the same or an item of equal retail value.  There will be a £3.95 shipping fee to have your new item sent out after the damaged or broken item has been received. If you have changed your mind after signing up, and your box has not yet been sent, then you can request a refund.  As well as your subscription box being cancelled.  Refunds are not given while items are out for delivery.  You can request refunds by email Green Relief UK at info@greenrelief.co.uk.  Please give 2 working days for a response. 

 

How do I cancel my subscription box?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting PayPal by phone or following these steps: 

1. Go to http://www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
2. Click the Settings icon near the top of the page.
3. Click Payments.
4. Under 'Manage Upcoming Payments', click Pre-approved Payments.
5. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel (Green Relief) and click Cancel.
6. In the 'Cancel Confirmation' pop-up, click Yes.

PayPal will email you a confirmation of your subscription cancellation.  Those who have entered their payment information manually, and not directly with PayPal, can still contact PayPal for cancellation or follow the instructions below. 

​

You can also contact Green Relief at info@greenrelief.co.uk to cancel.  Please email your cancellation 2 days before your next payment date to ensure your cancellation is done in time.  Please also provide your name and postal address, so we may provide PayPal with correct details for cancellation.  We will respond confirming your cancellation or with request of any additional information needed for cancellation.
